Lemon and Hot Water
Before you join the Yoga and meditation class at 6.45am, make yourself a cup of hot water and fresh lemon. This remedy has been used for centuries to boost the metabolism and detox the body. Itβs also very hydrating for the body. If you donβt have a fresh lemon, you can use a tbsp of apple cider vinegar in hot water.

Gratitude List
After the class, if you have an extra five minutes journal 3 things youβre grateful for. Gratitude improves interpersonal relationships at home and work. Expressing gratitude not only to others but also to ourselves, induces positive emotions, primarily happiness. By producing feelings of pleasure and contentment, gratitude impacts on our overall health and wellbeing.

Cold Therapy
When taking a shower, I turn the water to cold for the last minute, focusing on the breath to relax the body. I love Wim Hoffs challenge where you build up the time you spend under the cold water - starting with 15 seconds for the first week, 30 seconds for the second and a minute for the third. Youβll instantly feel more energised, focused and positive and youβll even start looking forward to it, I promise!
10-15 Minute Yoga & Meditation Class
This will be a very slow class focused on waking the body up gently, releasing tension and giving yourself an opportunity to set a beautiful foundation for the day and month ahead!
