You can grab a Yoga bolster online easily with tons of retailers selling them. This one above is an Organic Buckwheat Bolster but you can purchase much cheaper ones from places like amazon.
Your Yoga blocks don’t need to made of cork and again you can purchase much cheaper ones from other retailers. I’m just a sucked for aesthetics, so I’ve always loved these cork ones!
You will 100% have a cushion in your home you can use! If you’re joining the class online, you’ll have no problem finding a cushion but if you’re joining in the studio, choose something light, that’s east to carry to bring with you.
