About Me

Hi, I’m Ceri!

I spent over a decade of my life in a really dark and weird place with my health and diet. I had no idea how to be ‘healthy’ and would sabotage myself anytime I’d feel like I’d be getting somewhere more stable and balanced.

I then came across Yoga and everything changed! Committing to a regular Yoga practice transformed not only my physical but mental health too! I knew this practice would help so many other people, so I trained as a Yoga and Barre teacher and have never looked back!

I’ve been teaching now for over 7 years and created SAIB to make working out daily fun, achievable and realistic! I really hope you love the service and I can’t wait for you reap the same benefits I do from both a Yoga and Barre practice!
