You’re a role model. If you are a mum, practicing Yoga in front of your children can be a beautiful way to show them how important self-care is! It sets a really stunning example of how easy it is to care of yourself and how this is a priority in your life.
You can get the whole family involved! Yoga is for everyone and everyone can benefit from it, no matter what your age or ability! Joining our membership gives you the opportunity to practice Yoga as a family, without needing to leave the house!
It encourages you to create a sacred space. Practicing Yoga from home will encourage you to create a sacred space in your home that is dedicated to self-care. You can have fun with this and again, no matter how big or small your space is, you can really create a beautiful space for growth and healing.

You can show up as you are! When joining our live classes over zoom or following one of our on-demand classes, you can show up just as you are, pyjamas, hair in a bun, it really doesn’t matter! Normally the cameras are off to help you feel at ease and really take the practice at your own pace.
You have everything you need. Sometimes, especially during the winter months, it can be hard to leave the house. At home, you have everything you need so you can show up to class feeling centred and ready rather than stressed after leaving the house in a rush and getting caught in traffic.
