3 Ways to Stay Consistent with Your Workouts

When we think about consistency, this doesn’t mean doing the same thing over and over again and it definitely doesn’t mean that everyday looks and feels the same.

Life is busy and things change at the drop of a hat, so we have to remain flexible! However, consistency is just the notion that we don’t give up - if we miss a day, a week or a month of movement, we don’t fall in to the mindset of punishing ourselves. We just get up the next day and start afresh.

We can start afresh at any time, no need to wait for a Monday - we can even start afresh half way through the day or morning!

As well as changing our mindset about what consistency means…let me share how SAIB is set up to help you stay consistent because accountability and help is everything when it comes to staying consistent and seeing results!

1) Follow your weekly workout schedule that’s sent to your Inbox every Sunday.

When we have a plan, that’s half the battle. The SAIB membership includes a weekly workout schedule of Barre and Yoga classes to keep your body and mind strong and centred. 3) No time? No problem!

When it comes to working out one of the biggest challenges can be finding the time. We have a 10 Minute Schedule which you can follow each week if you only have 10 minutes to spare. This way, you know you can commit, even if it is just for that 10 Minutes!
